Return Policy
Freud Sharpening is happy to process returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are in their original packaging. We will not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was sent from our warehouse.

Damaged Items
All of our online orders ship from various warehouses, items do not ship from our stores. If you receive a damaged item please fill out the below form to start an RMA. Please include your order number and picture of the damaged item. This will start the return/claim process.
Defective Items
We honor returns for defective items within 30 days of the purchase date. Include your order number and a photo or description of the issue. For defective items identified after the 30-day period, please contact the manufacturer directly about their warranty policy.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that differs from your order confirmation, please initiate an RMA following the same procedure. Include your order number and attach a photo showing how the received item differs from what was ordered.
